Default Hole in Bathroom Wall due to latch

Has anyone had an issue with the latch on the bottom wall going through the wall that you lay on top of the first bathroom wall? Would this be covered under warranty. I just purchased my 3124KS in September 2008 and this weekend when I opened it up there is now a hole in the bathroom wall. I am not sure what to do to fix it. It appears to be a design flaw.

This is most likely the result of not closing the latch after unlatching it to close up. You have to make sure that all the latches are in the closed position after opening them to close up. While we are on the subject, also make sure the hold down latches on the four corners are in the fully opened position before putting front and back half down If they are not open they will wedge between the shells and damage the paint.

I'll just send my condolences on the bathroom wall - I did the same thing with mine, and have just been living with it (but will fix it sometime in the future). I've also done the thing with the corner latches.

On the other hand, when we were camping a few weeks ago, a couple friends visited us in the camper and said, "Wow, this is brand new. It can't be more than 6 months old judging by the condition." Considering it has been lived in probably 4 months and has around 20,000 miles on it, I guess the minor things I've done are probably pretty minor.

A nicely placed decorative trim strip, like a wallpaper border, can cover a multitude of sins. At least that's what my wife tells me.
