The older models only had a two digit number - it's probably a TM 25.

Default Titleing a TrailManor

I was reading your blog with great interest!... You have done a H (hell) of a lot of work and it turned out exceptional!...

When you purchased the TM, did it have a title? We are looking to buy one, but it had a stove fire a coupld of years ago so the insurance company issued a Certificate of Destruction. Thee was no other damage to the TM except for smoke. It has been completely cleaned up, cushions/bedding replaced, smoke all cleaned off and everything works fine and it is completely towable. You don't even see any damage at all. Problem is... the Florida title office says the cert. of destruction cant be overturned, unless the insurance company will do it... State Farm wont do anything about it. We would really like to buy this TM! We used to have one and loved it, and we want to get back to camping again... with a TrailManor (that we can afford.. lol)

Since you bought a TM with a lot of damage, I was just curious if you had bought it with a certificate of destruction, and if so, how did you get it to the point where it could be titled.

Thanks so much for any help or ideas you can give us.
Pamela

That sounds like Tallahassee for sure. Whine about no money but won't re-title and get the tag money.
