Smile green wire hanging down

Hello,
I Have a 2007 2720 TrailManor that I recently purchased. It has a green wire hanging down at the back of the camper/underside. I know usually a green wire is a ground wire. It looks like it attaches to 3 other wires at the back/underside of the camper. All electrical is working on the camper. Is it ok to just reconnect these wires? Please see additional photos attached.
Thank you,
A Happy Camper in KY

Those wires - four of them - are for the level sensors in the gray water tank. The first two photos show the studs that they should be attached to. The four of them run up to the sensor panel on the kitchen sink front apron. You need to dig up the manual for the sensor panel, and see where the wires are supposed to be connected. The mfr web site has all the info. I wouldn't advise making random connections.

On a 14-year-old trailer, that green wire could be almost anything that a previous owner may have installed.

On the other hand, it could be original equipment that just came undone because of those crummy (yellow) twist-on wire connectors.

First thing that I would check is to see if the taillights, brake lights and turn signals all work. Are there any add-on lights on the back of your TM?
