Default 2009 TM 2720SL, Clarksville, TN $15,000

Premium upgrades:

Dish satellite receiver on top
37” wall mounted flat screen TV
Brand new Westinghouse generator (power the TM or use at home)
Upgraded, much quieter air conditioner (thermostat, as well as remote controlled)
Sealand flushable toilet with holding tank (2 extra portable wheeled tanks with handles for extended camping time, if boondocking without sewer hookups)
Countertop ice maker (makes approx.. 26 lbs. of ice per day)
Lower kitchen cabinets equipped with Elfa easy slide out wire mesh drawers from The Container Store for easy access
Electric trailer mover (“tug”) maneuvers the trailer in/out of a garage without having to hook up a tow vehicle

Swing away tongue
Propane or electric water heater
Ceiling vents/fan
Propane furnace (thermostat controlled)
Propane/battery/electric refrigerator
Convection/microwave oven
3 burner propane cooktop with stainless steel cover
Queen size bed
Comfortable sofa makes a twin bed
Comfortable arm chair with foot extension
Folding tables for dining/working
AM/FM/CD radio with great sounding speakers
Hanging wardrobe (closet)
Multiple large storage cabinets and drawers, including hanging kitchen cabinets
Outside access to under sofa storage
Two onboard propane bottles
Onboard water tank
Gray water tank (shower/sink)
Battery compartment
12 volt outlets
AC electrical outlets throughout
LED lights
Outdoor lights
Outdoor shower
Electric/battery jack (great feature, no hand cracking)
Side to side stabilizer jacks
Underbody mounted spare tire rack with spare
Underbody mounted extension ladder
Fiamma awning
Front/rear window rock guard/awnings
Tires are 2 years old, only driven from Houston to present location near Clarksville, TN
Trailer was always garaged or under covered storage
Never smoked in, no pets

The generator will power the TM, but would also be great to keep at your home when not camping, in case of a power failure. The “tug” makes moving the trailer without a tow vehicle easy.

There are probably more features/advantages, but these are the ones that we valued most. If you have any questions, please ask.

The trailer is in Palmyra, TN, which is an unincorporated area outside Clarksville. Come check it out.

This TM belonged to Grubbyjeans. He made several posts on this site about the upgrades and mods he made to this beautiful TM. Some of you have probably benefited from his posts.
