Think I have to side with 'MrP' on the disconnect description. Dealer and factory have, even if able to contact, been "off the hook" for me most of the time when it came to a critical problem getting resolved within a year of purchase.

Do think the TM product is over-all good, but customer service, whether due to lean staff or what, could be better, for sure! Just my 2-cents.
