Default Quick Tire Changing Questions

I noticed last weekend one of my tires has a sidewall injury and one has severe dry rot on the sidewall. So time for new tires... I'm rounding up necessary tools tonight and have a couple quick questions:

What size are the lug nuts?

How tall a jack do I need to get the wheels off the ground? The axle seems to have a pretty good range of travel...

As always, thanks for the help!
