09TM 2720 for sale $13,500 Greely CO area

One owner 2009 Trailmanor 2720 for sale. Has some upgrades and factory options including solar panel charging system, 40 gal fresh water tank and heavy duty 6 volt golf cart batteries. Also features electric over hydraulic 10" Kodiak disc brakes installed 6 years ago. Water pump replaced this year. CO2 and propane detectors replaced 2 years ago. Fire extinguisher has also been replaced. Thetford Electra-magic toilet replaced two years ago. Foam mattresses replaced this year for Queen bed and two years ago for dinette cushions and front bed. We lined the curtains and replaced broken tabs. Tongue jack is upgraded to heavier duty 2000lb manual. Tires are 14inch and due for replacement includes extra 14" rim and tire as well as factory spare. Roof has minor cosmetic hail damage. Plastic is in good shape overall, I have braced the front and rear stone guards to prevent cracking. As of January 2022 plumbing and appliances including A/C and furnace worked.
