I could care less who I call for parts. What I take issue with is no one from the factory calling me back to TELL me they no longer did parts sales. As I said, poor customer service. They're shooting themselves in the foot.

I finally received my foam strips today, in a filthy reused box that looked like it had been dragged through black grease. I had to unpack it in the driveway because I didn't want it in the house, it was that nasty. Thankfully the strips inside the box were clean. I think in the future I will try harder to find what I need locally, even if I have to modify it myself or have DH do so. Not a happy camper, here.
