Bill, thanks again. I guess if I ever have to lift the front by myself, I'll try the trick of lowering the jack a bit. Hopefully I'll always have DH around to help.

Mick, thanks for that thought. Ours has been open all winter inside "the carriage house" (RV garage) as we've been using it as a guest house for a friend whose dog is not welcomed in our house by our cats. So maybe that's helped some, but it's hard to tell. It does make sense, I think.

I'm about to email the factory about several other things, so I'll see what they think. Thanks again!
