Wink Sink Cover

I have a commercial grade cookie sheet, 26" x 18" x 1" that fits on top of my sink just right. I use it for prepping veggies, and as an extra counter top. It sits into the recessed groove of my sink. And when not used there, I flip it over and put it on top of my stove for extra work space also.

We have the Mini so our burners are covered. I found a plastic cutting board that fits over our little bitty sink for extra counterspace. It has rubber ends so it stays in place while we're traveling and I can put the soap, scrubber etc. inside and it doesn't bump out.

What a great idea the large cookie sheet is. Counter space is certainly at a premium. I will set my Goodwill shopper to work looking for an appropriate sized cookie sheet. Now if you could just create more room in the refrigerator I would be forever in your debt!

Best I can do is offer a cooler!! In fact, we like the Igloo coolers the best, marine type.
Can use for seat or to stand on if necessary.
But, something to definitely think about!!! Portable fridge maybe??

Wally World has a plastic cutting board that fix perfectly (approx $13).

I can put the cookie sheet on top of the stove and set hot pans on it or put it on the stove if it is hot.

We have a small portable cooler size fridge that we bring along. It's made by Igloo, and we keep it plugged in outside for the kid's drinks. Bought it ~10 years ago for around $100 plus cost of plug (not sure $). It can also be a warmer by turning the plug a different direction, but only used that once accedentally, and cooked some yogurt
