Is this a good deal

I have the opportunity to get a 2006 2720sl from a non-trailmanor dealer here in oklahoma. I have emailed them several times and they seem desperate to sell. Their offer this morning was 16,700. What do you think?? It has both hanging wall cabinets and all other standard options.

Beware, that if it is standard on the TM, then do not include it as an extra when filling in the blanks. Furnace, fridge, and so forth are already figured in. AC, Awning, etc, need to added to the standard model.

Seens to be a pretty good deal, if it is good to excellent condition.
