Default No lights

I don't have 12 volts in the trailer. Just put new batteries in last week and every thing worked fine. The 110 works fine when it's plugged in but for some reason I'm not getting anything running on 12 volts. I've checked the fuses at the batteries and they are fine. Nothing in the fuse box is tripped or blown. Pulled the ground wire and cleaned the connections. Still nothing. Both batteries are still fully charged. Any ideas? Thanks, Glenn

Here are some ideas. Other members will chime in with more.

1. Look at this picture. Which fuse holder do you have? If you have the one labelled NO!, it may have a bad internal connection that doesn't contact the fuse. You should replace it with the one labelled YES.

2. When you say "No 12 volt power", are you checking in the front half of the trailer? The rear half won't go live until you raise the shower wall.

3. In some model years, the converter had a master 12-volt distribution fuse. Can you tell us the make/model of your converter?

Do you have “12V lights” when plugged into shore power (AC), or the lights never work at all?

Bill, I have two wires with fuses coming off the battery. Both are good. and I have 12.46 volts at them. When I check the voltage at the fuse box in the trailer it is only 1.99 -2.15 volts. I have 110 coming to the converter but only about 1.99 leaving it.
Now please understand I'm not an electrical genius.
I do not have any lights in the front or rear of the trailer. I know about the bathroom wall switch.
I can't see your link, not cleared for that.

Shane, I have no 12 volt at all, with or without shore power.
Thank you for your replies.

Do you have 12.5V coming out of any black wire on the fuse circuit board? Check the thicker black wires as well. One of these wires should be directly from the battery.

When checking for battery voltage, try using different grounds. If, for some reason, your converter is no longer grounded, try running a ground wire directly from the battery.

When you checked the voltage from the battery, did you check the voltage before or after the 30A fuse?

I've talked to the factory and those in the know are sure it's the power converter.
As an FYI, one way to check the converter, per the factory, disconnect the power converter and hook up the trailer to your tow vehicle plug in. If the 12 volt system works the converter is bad, which was my case.
Thanks again everyone. Calling the factory really works. Great people to deal with.
