Default Equipment for doing a pre-delivery inspection

I am familiar with the PDI checklist on here. We are getting a replacement for the 3023 that burned this year and I was trying to come up with a list of things needed to inspect it. So far I have:
Step ladder
Flashlight
Mirror
Tire gauge
Something to plug into outlets
Creeper or moving blanket
Screw drivers

Anything I'm missing?

Depends, of course, on how complete you want the PDI to be.

A complete PDI requires raising the camper off the wheels, one at a time, so you can rotate them and listen for brake or bearing problems. At the same time, you can activate the breakaway switch and confirm that the wheels are locked. A small bottle jack positioned under the frame (not the axle!!) near the wheel makes this easy. Use chocks if the ground is sloped.

A gallon of water in the fresh water tank will make sure the water pump works. Same for the toilet.

Its a new one that Bob is pulling from CO to the factory for us so I don't think I'll need to check the bearings.

Agreed. The factory will do it right, though you should still make a quick check for transport damage.

I should have asked whether you will be doing the PDI on a new unit, or a second-owner unit. It makes a difference, of course.
