Default Do I have to have lift kit?

Does a 2005 2619 have to have a lift kit with these tires?

I have absolutely no automotive skills. Lots of knowledge here on this forum that I hope I can draw from.

the tires you have the link to are 15 inch 6 lug nut they come with rims
you need 5 lug rims

225 15s would definitely need a lift kit. I have 205x75x15s and the clearance is marginal.
