Thanks for the comments.

I posted some pics of the A/C mod in my album. I'll try to remember the total install.

I wonder if the posts are still in the archives but the pics are gone.

Good thought. I think this is one of the threads of interest. Your contributions come in at about post #11, and your pics are apparently missing from post #13. This thread contains pointers to other threads that may be of interest as well.

First, welcome back. (Although I already said that in a post)
Second, I would be interested in your RV journey. Why did you come back to a TM after having a class A?

That's actually a very good question.

Most of our camping has involved extensive mountain driving from San Diego CA to the desert area around the Southern end of the Salton Sea (near El Centro area).

Driving that Class A MH though the narrow mountain roads and along low hanging rock cliffs is very stressful and I am finding, that as I age. (I'm 75 now) the stress is becoming over-whelming. I have been diagnosed with some hardening of the heart wall and the Dr says that I need to cut down my stress level.

I bought a Honda Ridgeline, which is a very pleasant 4-wheel drive vehicle to drive and the TrailManor is a "Nothing" to tow so I figured that may be the best solution FOR ME.......

This is what our rig looked like. That's a 20' cargo trailer hanging off the back. We carried our 4-seater RZR in it.:

Obviously a big step down in size, and you can no longer take the RZR. Doesn't that "cut down" on the enjoyment (He says, while thinking the TM is almost the perfect RV)

The downsizing of the RV, we don't mind. We don't need to have big crowds over in our RV anymore. The big thing that my wife will miss is the 22 cu ft double door fridge & freezer in the MH.

As far as getting rid of the RZR, that's a must. I'm just getting too old and arthritic for that thing. We love riding with the group but I am getting more sore after each outing. Besides, we bought a Honda Ridgeline 4x4 to pull the TM so we can still do some light trail riding. We can also take the grandkids in the Ridgeline, although I think they would prefer the RZR.

It's the one thing DW would change about our TM, a bigger fridge that was higher. Oh well, ya can't have everything!
