Grey water tank
Hey All! I’m new to this forum. I own a 2008 3023 that needs it’s grey water tank replaced. They can not tell me at TrailManor if the tanks that they have for newer models will fit my older model or not. Geez! I patched it using the fiberglass screen and ABS cement method and it was ok for a season but now I just want to replace it. Does anyone on here have experience with replacing this tank? I don’t really care if it has the level indicators.

Don't know that it will solve your problem, but the grey tanks are made by Travelstar. I looked them up and they're still in business. I would reachout to see if they can help you. I believe the part number listed on the tag is: TS94045
Feel free to forward the picture if it helps you get answers or a quote.
Good luck.

When I got the trailer, I went around and took pics of any tags or data info I could find or see. It has been handy for me several times already. You are welcome.

TrailManor had to switch tanks. I don’t know if that means the old tank is no longer made or not…

I went to look at the Travelstar website and there are no tanks on there page. They look like they make appearance pieces now but not holding tanks.

Is this the site you visited? It does say at the top of the page to contact them for products. The products shown are their recent projects.
I'll bet as long as they have the original mold, they might make a replacement tank for you. I would be cautious about trying one of the new tanks from TM simply because they have made slight changes to the frame over the years and a new one might not fit.

I do know the new tank is at least different in shape compared to the old one. We tried to see if their new tank support would fit the tank on my 2007 TM, it did not. But as for holes lining up they cut the holes and spin weld the fittings right there at the factory.
Larry- Im curious, what has changed on the frame?

I remember replying to a thread, I think, securing the triangular side wall support to the floor. On my 2001, those bolts go through the floor and also through a tubular "wing" coming off the main frame. This "wing" appears to be absent on later TM's, but I'm not sure when this change occured.

This particular change would not affect the grey water tank, but frame members may be designed around available parts like the tank.
