Roof seal costs?

I am looking to get a 2007 TM pretty soon. The owner says it will need a new seal that connects the two halves together. Can anyone give me a guess on cost of the seal? I am fairly handy and will probably tackle the job myself. Just trying to gage the cost before purchase of the trailer.

You would have to call the factory and get a price. They ship fairly quickly

I think I have heard some owners got marine grade vinyl and cut their their own vinyl using the old seals as a template. If replacing the foam, I'm not sure what foam they use though.
