A WDH is the hitch that levels and distributes the tongue weight towards the trailer and to front axle of the TV. You replace the standard receiver hitch with a large heavy hitch that has spring bars that attach both to the hitch and trailer frame. Adjustable chains allow you to lift more or less weight from the ball.

The Anti-Sway bar is a friction plate that attach to the curb side of the trailer A-Frame. Small ball socket on both ends (one end on the WDH and other end on the trailer frame) with a sliding steel plate between and a locking plate. The more friction or clamp pressure decreases the amount of sway the trailer will have. Most TM owners need not use this device due to the low roof line which keeps the TM from being affected by wind, drafts from large vehicles, which in essence causes sway.

Good response, CycleGuy. Let me add two more things.

Some WDHs also have anti-sway capability. Among them, a trunnion hitch can have a tricky little bend in the springbar tips which, with proper brackets, becomes a "dual cam" sway control. Some info from one manufacturer is here

Second, it is often stated (and I agree) that a friction sway control is not nearly as good as dual cam.

This is all laid out in the Trail Manor Technical Library - specifically in this article and at least two others near it.
