If you tow loads I would recommend synthetic oil in the engine and differentials(providing its ok with the manufacturer). Bobistheoilguy.com is a great recource for info on oil. Robert

On my previous vehicles, I used nothing but full synthetic oils and did changes at recommended intervals. When time came to sell them, I did not get a single cent more because I had done that. So my thought now is that it was really false economy and I just use regular oil now. This includes in my Toyota Tacoma, which is what this thread is about!!!
