Default Cabinets & installing new flooring

Has anyone any experience and insight regarding the removal of the sink cabinet to redo the tile flooring? How difficult ... tricks ... etc.. There has been a leak under the sink in the used unit we just got that has resulted in the flooring buckling up some ... so am contemplating having to remove the tile so that I can get to the swelled up plywood, or whatever is under there that swelled up, and be able to grind it down to the level plane for new time installation. Also the cabinet is somewhat dilipated. so this would be a good time to replace it.

Under/inside the cabinet is some sort of a junction box that is dangeling down. Has one wire in one side and several in the other side. All components work but there is nothing on this box to indicate what it is for. It's about 4 inches long by 3 inches wide. Any idea?

Thanks

At least in later TMs (I don't know what year you have), that wiring is the main junction point for the cable that plugs into the tow vehicle. In other words, a lot of the 12-volt wiring starts here or runs through here. This includes trailer brakes, brake lights, running lights, backup lights, and the main 12-volt charge line from the tow vehicle to the TM battery.

A lot of AC wiring runs through this area, too, but I don't recall any junction boxes.

Looked under my sink and there is a box like you describe attached to the bathroom side of the cabinet. It appears to be wired to the water heater. Not sure what it does.

The year of my 2720sl is 1998. I stuck my noggin in the cabinet doorway as far as could and could not see any mounting holes or whatever where it may have been screwed in. Very tight area what with the back of the hw heater and all of the other stuff ... including the sink of course. Yes, all of the monitoring system is right there along with the switch for the hw heater.
