Possible bike rack to modify for TM

Just returned from St Augustine, Fl where I met a wonderful couple from Canada. They have the bike rack (pictured below) mounted to their draw bar over the gas bottles. This could be a good one to modify for a TM. The web site is a little vague on exactly what these parts are so you may have to contact them.

i think this has been discussed on here before, and if I remember correctly, the concern was the weight of the rack & bikes adding to the tongue weight on the TV. It may not be much, but each person's set up is different, along with how much leeway they are willing to allow, in regards to pushing safety limits.

Yes it has been discussed many times before. People have asked how I made my tongue mounted rack and did not do it as it requires welding. This however might be an easier way that may or may not require welding. It was posted for their benefit.
