We installed the 2" lift kit and don't have an issues with any additional sway. In fact, we have experienced great things since adding the lift kit; no bottoming out when pulling out or backing into our sloped driveway, not bottoming out on dips when pulling in or out of driveways, more clearance at strange shaped campsites, etc.

Just a followup on the tire/wheel situation. I returned the original wheels with the 1820 lb 15x5 wheels and Had a local tire dealer order 205/75R15 LRDs with 15x6 wheels and high pressure stems.

The new wheels have the DOT marking "CT&W" which translates to Carlisle Tire and Wheel and is an 8 spoke trailer wheel. The catalog number for a 15x6 is 1521138564 and is rated at 2150 lbs, the same as the tire. Carlysle wheels are made in the USA.

I am concerned that others may have uprated their tires to 15s for the additional load and have wheels that do not meet the same rating. I have been told by another member that they did also.

ps 5x4.5 15x6 aluminum wheels may have the same 2150 lb rating. What I am seeing is that you may need a 6 bolt wheel for a higher rating.

That is my impression. I think the 21xx lb may be the magic number for shear of 5 - 1/2" lugs.
