We are the 2nd owners of this nice unit. I believe it has most all of the factory options; AC, 14' awning, magic fan, over sink cabinet, electric tongue jack. We have replaced the king mattress with a 5" memory foam mattress. Now it is both roomy and comfy. I installed Goodyear Endurance E rated tires and replaced the tongue jack & battery. The 3124KS has tons of counter space and ample storage for all your must haves. Tows like a dream behind our V6 powered E150 van.

Sorry about the twisted pictures. Not sure why Apple does that even though I held the phone correctly. They seem to display properly when you click on them.
