I was thinking that if I do this to put the speakers down low in the main body instead of up high in the end shells as it would be easier and less likely to pinch the speaker wires upon putting it up and taking it down

Here’s another idea… You have a 3023, right? It has couches along the walls? Add a set of marine grade speakers OUTSIDE, with a box under the couch, and install a selector switch for inside/outside.

It has 1 couch, on the road side and 2 mini lazy boy chairs on the door side with a cabinet in between (Coax jack on bottom front facing side of cabinet)
