Default Anyone else have bed-mechanism for rear shell light shutoff?

Does anyone else have a bed-mechanism for shutting off rear shell lights? I know a lot of folks have a button with their bathroom walls, but my TM definitely has some kind of mechanism tied in with the bed. I've been on a two week camping trip in Utah and when taking down TM in Moab I deliberately left light on over sink while I took down bathroom walls...light stayed on. But, after I unlatched bed and as soon as I started pulling it in, the light went out. I cannot figure out if there is some kind of contact or something under the bed shelf. If anyone else's TM is made like mine and you know where this mechanism is and how to access it, please let me know.

Thx,

Mom, on my last trip I took a picture of the cut off button for my rig. I too have a 2013 model, but it's the 2619. Not sure if that would make any difference. It's that black dot just to the right of the first L-bracket.

^ That's pretty clearly tied into the bathroom wall assembly (as is the shutoff on my 2007 3326). If you think it's tied into the bed slide, I would look along the rear edge of the rear shell where the bed slides out. Perhaps there is a button that is pressed when the bed is slid out?

Thx guys, mine is definitely tied in with the bed slide somehow and i've looked around but can't figure out where the heck it is or how to get to it. I'm hoping someone else on our forum has the same thing and knows where it is. :-)

Mom, you have a storage compartment on the back section of your 2720, can you see inside and look to see the top or roof of that compartment for any switch? I'm sure it's small, so use a good bright light.

Mom -

Lift the mattress, see if there is anything revealed (unlikely, in my opinion). Then undo the red-handle latch and lift the entire bed tray. I bet that will reveal what you are looking for. I seem to recall a previous discussion in which it was on the wardrobe side of the bed tray.

Thx All for the suggestions and clues on this. Just got home a little while ago from my camping trip in Utah. Next time I get TM out I'll give it another go on trying to find mechanism.
