Default Bed slides

My DW wanted to see if she could set up the TM by herself. I said go for it. She raised the front with ease, the back jumped right up, when she went to pull the beds out she was having a noticeable problem. She looked at me and said we need to do something here. I looked at the way the nylon rollers were in the grooves and said I will fix it. I took the rollers out and headed for the shop. Luckily I found some nylon stock and made some new glides, installed them and DW tried again. This time she about pulled the beds out of the TM. Much better now. Here is a photo of what I made.

excellent quick fix. That area for me can also be a bit clumsy. Sometimes the nylon guide gets forced up into the channel and binds up. I have flat washer on top of the nylon guide that keeps it below the channel and then I use a dry graphite to make it slide easier. Also, the track that it rides on inside the TM can use some lubricant from time to time.
