What size bolt for shell bracket lock.

When I was closing the lower shell, I noticed one the bolts for the bracket that locks the shell down was missing. Does anyone know where/how I fix that component?

For a missing bolt, the best idea may be to remove the same bolt from another bracket and take it to a hardware store.
