Default E (10 ply) Rated tires

I see some people (including WmTire) are using ST225/75R15E rated tires, not the normal D (8 ply) rated. And I believe they are running them at 65 psi, not the max 80psi (although Carlisle says not to do this with their tires).

Have any of these tires had a blow out?

Wondering whether I should go this route next time around. There seem to be so many blow-out stories popping up, even with the 15" tires.

Looking around online for E rated ST225/75R15 tires, I've found Loadstar radials (EasternMarine), Power King Towmax (TireRack), Carlisle Radial Trail (Discount Tire) and Maxxis M8008 ST Radial (Discount Tire).

Maxxis is the most expensive but seems to have a good reputation on this board?
