We put in a "Oxygenics" shower head. It's really powerful and a great water saver. Read about it in the description. We've had ours for about 5-years and it really saves water.
As far as a "Massage" shower head....... Not very effective in the TM and if it was, it would fill up your grey water tank pretty quickly.
