Trailmanor trouble spots?

I found a 1998 TM 33' King for sale at a dealer, they are asking way below NADA, $5500. It looks like its been there a while, from what I can tell its in pretty good shape, but needs some work, replacing velcro, new tires,
major cleanup. They told me everything worked when it
was traded in. My question is what are the trouble spots to look for? It was set-up when I looked at it, so I don't know if it folds up okay, the door wasn't shutting real good. Any help would be appreciated, this model is really to big for my needs, I am thinking of low-balling them, then fix-it up and sell it.
