Default 1987 Trailmanor

Is it advisable to consider buying a Trailmanor as old as 1987? If yes, why? If not, why? Thanks.

I saw an 87 TM26 (I believe same as a 3326 but the beds were only queens and it didn't have the dinette set up) today. Man, I hope our 06 holds up as well at that has! Mecanically every thing looked to be working fine. The outside had browned somewhat (or did they start out that way?) and it looked 'dated' compared to the white enamel but inside was gorgeous! There was a slight musty oder in the back bed area but it was sweet. The dealer thinks one of his guys found a buyer today. I believe they were asking $5,000. It was a trade in on a new TM.
