I would comment that my new 15" Maxxis tires on the new rims took surprisingly little weight to balance. From the comments here I had expected a bunch of weights but only wound up with a couple of "Small" weights per wheel. Maybe I got lucky, maybe it was the brand of wheel and/or tire. Dunno

Was that an Aluminum wheel ? Steel wheel tolerances seem a bit looser.

I have bought tires from Costco in England. As with nearly everything except beer, tires are way more expensive here than in the States, and Costco had the best price in town by a notable margin. But they don't offer any sort of road hazard warranty, nor do they do any repairs. I know this with certainly because I just had a screw hole repaired in one my my brand new Michelins.

Not sure if Costco in the U.S. is any different.

Costco, Sams, and BJs are all equivalent. I usually buy tires at Sams because I like Michelins and BFGs (same company), they are everywhere, and one is 4 miles North and another is 4 miles southeast.

One of the oddities about Orlando is when you say to meet somewhere, particularly a restaurant, you have to specify "which one".
