Extended Mirrors?

Besides ne fixed mount McKesh I also have the factory adjustable.

I can not back into my garage and keep the TM within 3 inches of the wall if I do not have the McKesh mirrors.

When backing into a campsite, I use my McKesh mirrors to sight down the street side. I can not see the entire length of the TM with the factory mirrors, but I can with the McKesh, even in a modest turn.

I'll put in a vote for the Milenco mirrors, I have them and really like them also. I know the Mckesh are really good, I just didn't want the straps and stuff. The Milenco are two wing nuts on (no adjustment needed), two wing nuts off. Not sayin' one is better than the other, just different! Plus, the "aero-look" makes my truck go faster!

I could not find the spec for the size of the spot mirror. Is the spot mirror included or an add on option like it is with McKesh?

When you change drivers, how hard is it to change the adjustment. That is my pet peeve with the McKesh. I do most of the towing, but if my wife takes over it is annoying to readjust the mirrors.

The only good solution that I know of for changing drivers is power adjust mirrors.

The mirror pod is on a swivel ball mount, so I'm thinking that provides enuf movement, but I hope somebody else has real experience.

RvUpgrades is a good company & that is where I had planned on buying mine but I decided I wasn't in a hurry so I started watching eBay & found a killer deal brand new in box.


As for ease of adjustment they are as easy as I think they can be. You can adjust them in & out with a couple of thumb screws & the mirror can be adjusted on the ball 360 around & tilted easily also. I don't need spot mirrors for extended mirrors since my ones on the main mirrors still work fine because the Aero doesn't make them unusable.

I also really like the easy on offf because if we need to remove while in a store etc we can but they are so easy to reinstall once adjusted to vehicle.

LOL Yes it was I am an expert on eBay unfortunately for our wallet. I was once a Power Seller Also but now I just buy allot. The key is being patient & making offers on items.

I have Milenco Areo 2 mirrors and they've been great. Easy on and off. Very light weight and stable. There are no marks on my mirrors. I can see around my TM enough to keep a pretty good eye on the cars behind me.

I wasn't patient like Billy and paid about $90 for my set. No regrets.

I considered Mckesh, but was concerned about the straps. Besides, the Areo just looks better on my TV.
