Default Ape towing a trailer

Folks,

We have had a lot of discussion of using a tow vehicle with inadequate capacity for the load. Here is the most egregious case I have ever seen. BTW, the "Ape" towing the trailer is made by Piaggio, the outfit that makes Vespa motorscooters. In Italian the word has two syllables, and I think it means "bee".

I wonder what happens to this rig when it needs to stop?

Enjoy,

Tom

Guess he uses the trailer brakes (set one step from locking up) to stop both vehicles, assuming the trailer brakes aren't used up already...
