Shebantam and Campernurse -

You folks seem to be confusing weight distribution with sway control. They are not the same, and a device which addresses one will not address the other.

I would like to suggest that you go to the Trailmanor Technical Library and scan down through the topics to find writeups on each.

The wdh redistributed weight so more of the weight is on the front wheels of the tv, the ones I have seen also help eliminate sway.
my sway bar Was the friction type that I would tighten and it held the trailer steadier.
The Jayco dealer had told me the only difference I would have seen was on rough surfaces. So I don't think I am getting them confused.

Well, the Andersen No Sway Hitch addresses both.
