IIUC, those are "rating" numbers, and do not correspond to actual construction. "6-ply" = Load Range C, "8-Ply" = Load range D, and my Load Range "E" tires are often described as "10-Ply", even though the construction does not involve that many layers.
Gosh, I hate when Marketing gets involved in technical specifications. Like Watts in amplifiers (just don't ever believe it), and whether your USB is Full Speed or High Speed.

I ordered a set of 2 inch lifts for my 2007 2720 and after receiving the wrong ones, got and installed the correct ones. With my new 15 tires I now have 5 inches of top clearance and 3.5 inches of front and rear clearance. Maybe too much?

The factory sent the correct pair out with bolts about three days after I received wrong ones. Charged my $87 including shipping which was weird because they only charged my $36 plus shipping for the wrong size!

Because I have so much clearance I am tempted to take them off. If I could get a 1 inch lift it would have been more than enough.
