Default 2720SL Lift Kit for 2004 model

Can anyone look at the attached photo and tell me if this trailer requires another lift kit for 225/75R15 tire & wheels? The spacer shown in the photo is 2 1/2 inches x 11 inch long, 1/4 inch thick square tubing. There is over 2" clearance above the tire. Thanks, Carson
