hi guys
my front two pads were cut in half and shells riding on frame
purchased 2 in wide x 48 in long x 1/2 in thick black hard rubber strip for $13.00
enough to make a couple sets
sanded and repainted top of frame with Rustoleum
siliconed pads down with new stainless steel screws
new pads are twice as wide as old ones and should last longer
thks
Terry

For all of the very few items I have ordered from the factory, shipping was always more than the price of the item.

I used electrical transformer isolation pads that are wider, a little firmer, and can take the heat too. I'm sure there are many different solutions other than the factory ones. Like Bill said the latches should be checked for correct adjustment frequently.
