Default tire, date of mfg

My new 2720SL has Goodyear Marathon 14" tires. I see a 1307 on the left tire, and a 1207 on the right tire. Can someone clarify how to read the date?

I believe the first two digits represent the "week" of the year and the last two the "year" of production. Looks like both tires were manufactured in March of '07.

thanks! Thought maybe one was made on the 13th month! I have recently read how to read it, but could not remember or find the how to source.

Here is an easy to understand article from Tire Rack on how to read DOT date codes. I wanted to post this to make sure that Tmanor's with older tires manufactured before 2000 can correctly read theirs too.
