Default My 30 second mod

So, I wanted an EASY way to close the open door without grabbing the rubber gasket on the dutch door. I also did not want to make an unnecessary holes in the camper and did not want to spend a ton of money. Here is a picture of my new grab handle that took 30 seconds to install and that includes opening all the packaging!

I got them on amazon. You can buy only one (one handle )or pay a little more and get two (two handles). I splurged and got two and plan to put the second one on the tub ledge so my short legged kiddos have something to stabilize themselves with as they try to get in and out of tub (especially once their feet are wet!).

I have seen these and have thought about putting one outside by the door. Can you check and see if they will hold their suction before I buy one? Good idea on the inside!

Mark, I went out and tried it out. I updated my album so you could see where the placement works. It did not work in one location because the RVIA sticker caused one of the suction cups to not stick. However, moving it a little made it work well. Hope that helps. (It should also be noted that we did just clean our camper and if it were dirty you would have to wipe off that location before applying or I bet it would cause issues...)

Just curious where you are using 6 of these? Maybe you have places that I have not thought to put them that would help me?

Great I've been looking at these and found them @ Harbor Freight for I think $7.00. Not really excited about drill any wholes in the shell. Thanks.

I tried to put on on the ledge (near the toilet)and the suction cups are too wide to go where I wanted to it will have to go on the larger ledge/seat thing. Just in case others wanted one for the same purpose.

Picked up one at Harbor Freight for $7.95. Works perfect on area outside the door. No RIVA sticker here on my 2008 2619. May get another for inside od door too. Thanks for the help.
