I have Kumho 857 14 inch 205R14's. Cost $232 from Tirerack and installed locally for about $30 with steel high pressure stems. Just got back from Myrtle Beach..about 440 miles round trip. No problems however at about 60psi the ride is a little rougher on the trailer.

I presume that's for 2 tires. If so, that's roughly what I paid. My total cost was higher because I bought 3 tires, as I replace the spare as well when buying new tires.

I need to know if my TM will fit in my garage with the 15" tires. If someone with a 2720 that has A/C on top and the 15" tires could measure the height of there trailer closed than I can see if it will go under the garage door. If it will fit I will go with the 15" tires. If i can't find out if it will fit i will just have to wait until I get it home and figure it out. I know someone said theirs just fit but my garage may have a different door height.

Someone said I may have the lift already. What do i need to look for under the TM to see if i do?

Some discussion here
http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ead.php?t=5571
and here

and some lift info here

Why don't you add the year and model of your TM to your signature line? It makes it quicker to research answers, especially on the lift kit topic, where the answer varies by year. In your case, I see from your text that you have a 2006 2720SL, which is what I have, so my height measurements should apply to your TM.

Everyone talks about installing the lift kit. My axle is welded to the frame, from the factory, so it's going to be much more of a hassle.

I have a 2006 as well. The welds on mine were just something that I call a tack weld. Something to hold the rig in place while the bolts were being torqued, I guess. What do I know about welding and frame making... Cut them with a four inch grinder and cutting disk. Did one side at a time. MARKED EVERYTHING before cutting ANYTHING. Took longer then the 30 minutes harveyRV did... but still doable in a few hours taking my time double checking position along the way.

The welder got a tad more carried away with mine. It's gonna be fun, Not.
