Default Upgraded Shocks & Struts?

After towing our 2619 for maybe 10,000 miles over the past three years, I have had my attention pointed to a failed rear shock and a leaking front strut on our '05 4Runner. The Toyota dealer suggests that I replace all shocks and struts and I am wondering if I should try to find some that are a bit heavier duty.

I would sure appreciate some quick feedback. Thanks!
