Kudos to TM & Tim at Chesapeake RV

I sent a list of complaints and grips, with pictures, to TM and copied my dealer. He appologized for not getting back sooner and said that he had spoken with TM and that all my "issues" (trailer issues, not my mental ones ) would be addressed or parts replaced, at no charge.

If more dealers ran thier businesses like that TM would be the best selling trailer in the world!
