No water at all, either hot or cold? There is an aerator (a small metal ring) screwed upward into the end of the spout. Unscrew it with your fingers and remove it, then turn on a faucet and see if you get water now The aerator has a screen inside that you will probably find to be full of grit. Rinse out the grit. Then screw it back in place, and let us know how it works out.

Last summer we invested in a simple filter system that screws onto the side of the camper. This should keep sand and grit out of your system. If you do dry camping, you may need to plumb a filter inside though.

I’ve had to clean that aerator a few times. I blame the completely broken anode rod in the hot water tank from the previous owner. I flushed the tank, installed a new anode rod, removed the aerators from the faucets, and flushed the lines. Haven’t had an issue since.
