Default Replacing TM Chair

What has someone used to replace the TM chair? Can a Lazy Boy Recliner be used or is it too big?

I thought the same thing........Recliners are very heavy because of all the steel in the construction. There are also quite a bit bigger than the TM chair. Getting the chair into the camper would be a challenge of it's own.....

We are gravitating toward a "Zero gravity chair":

A guy in our area has one on craigslist for $150. Pic attached. I could screw a piece of plywood to the bottom and enclose the bottom are with fabric for extra storage. We keep our shoes in there.

I have one of those zero gravity chairs listed in your Amazon link from my motorhome days. I forgot all about it. Thanks for the suggestion. It is comfortable for a short time due to no padding.

I had one of the chairs that you have pictured. It was very comfortable. So much, I give it to a friend with severe back problems. It is heavy, but not has heavy as a Lazy Boy.

Do a Search on "Lazyboy", or even "chair". It has been discussed quite a bit on this forum.

I have wondered the same thing. Wife uses the TM chair, and after a time it isn't too comfortable. There is a Lazyboy showroom near us. One of these days I'm going to check them out...

Since we really were not using it, we replaced our chair with "empty space" and it made our TM about 60# lighter. Thinking about getting a hassock with some storage space capability to go in it's place -- if we can find something we like.
