Gap in Shell when OPEN

I guess since peps are addressing the gap in shell when closed, I should start this thread.

When my 2619 is level and open, you can see daylight in one corner and not the other.

not enough for water to come through, but enough for air to leak.

i noticed yesterday when it was open and not level, the gap was not there... Any ideas where to start?

This sounds like one corner of the rear shell has slipped down a bit on the lift arm - or the lift arm has slipped a bit down on the torsion bar. With a bit of effort and ingenuity, you can loosen the bolts, move back into place with a jack, and retighten the bolts. Several years ago there was a great tutorial by Denny_A covering how to do this. The Search tool ought to find it for you.
