We stopped several time at walmarts. Never like it. I would be driving and mental wide awake, then try to fall asleep in a very well lighted parking lot with much light coming through the curtains.

I found truck stops or the darker side of rest areas much better, but still not that good.

Most of the time, if all were looking for is a place to sleep for the night and it's late. We either do a camp site and don't disconnect or stop at a motel. Much better rest then having all the light and noise around us. Only issue with a motel at the time we stop, they are getting full and sometimes it's had to find a place to park with the trailer attached.
