This forum has seen quite a bit of discussion on skirting, though none of it particularly recent. The first thread that I remember was started by a member named ColoradoCop, probably back in 2004 or so. If you do a Search on "skirt", and wade through all the hits on "fender skirt", you will find threads like this one.
I made one for our TM from inexpensive tarps and velcro. Works great. I sewed a channel along the bottom edges and insert old tent poles to give it weight and hold it down. Cost was around $10. Keeps storage stuff out of sight and dry.
