Default How much trouble to reseal roof vents by the front door?

We found a 2007 2720 SD that has small leaks in the roof vents by the front door.
Can they be removed, and resealed without damaging the roof?
Should they be entirely removed, or simply resealed in place?
The AC unit seal no leaks.

The front roof seam has been resealed with 4 inch Eternabond tape, but the back half has the factoy strip with silicone under it. How much trouble would it be to Eternabond tape the back half of the roof?
