Default Cleaning walls

We finally get to bring the TM home tomorrow. In hopes that the Iowa weathered warms up and we get no more snow, I plan on starting to clean. Are there any cleaners you should NOT use say on the walls and such ? I am a big bleach water fan for cleaning. Just didn't know if that is an option. I don't mix it strong. What cleaners would be best.

For heavy cleaning we use any one of the citrus "orange cleaners" on the interior walls where they get really grimy such as above the stove or the sink backsplashes. They all seem to work about the same so we generally try to buy the dollar store varieties. It also works well on the magic fan which functions, of course, as the range hood. After 7 years the walls still look good. For every day cleaning we use multi surface Windex so we only need to keep one product under the kitchen sink when traveling. - camp2canoe

We use Awesome from the dollar store. It cuts grease & grime like nothing else I've ever used and is easy to rinse off. It works well on the outside black streaks too.

I think in the manual I have it stated soft scrub with bleach for general cleaning. That's what I've used inside and out and it's nice and fast. Everyone's got there favorite even in cleaning supplies I'm no different so good luck in shining up your TM.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use aerosol cleaners like Lysol. They can kill the gas detector. I used Lysol to clean my kitchen sink and just paid about $130 (product and tax) for a new LP/CO detector.

I use dilute Simple Green inside and out. Amazing how much dirt can be washed off the floor after vacuuming. We do get some black marks from the seals that Simple Green couldn't budge. I found that RV Black Mark remover takes it off in a snap both inside and out. And a little linseed oil hides scuffs in the woodwork.

Strangely enough, I have had excellent results recently using Windex. Even does a pretty good job on the dreaded black marks if they are not too bad.
